Festa Summer 2007 at Muza Kawasaki

A friendly classical music festival started in 2005, organized by Muza Kawasaki Symphony Hall in cooperation with the Japan Orchestra League, returns to provide people in Kawasaki and its vicinity with the opportunity to enjoy music as part of their everyday life.
Musa Kawasaki Symphony Hall
Features
1. Afternoon and evening curtain times
The lineup includes events starting in mid-afternoon and as late as 8 p.m.
2. Friendly to concertgoers
Most of the orchestral events feature either an open rehearsal – providing the audience a chance to see how the music is made – or pre-performance talks by the conductors.
3. Relaxing and engaging
Most concerts last only about 70 minutes, giving new concertgoers a chance to experience the atmosphere, relax, and enjoy the music. Long enough to satisfy, yet short enough to be comfortable for new concertgoers.
4. Affordable ticket prices
Tickets come at affordable prices, from as low as 1000 yen to a reasonable maximum of 5000 yen. Starting this year, special student discounts are available for most orchestra performances.
5. Kids Festa
Concerts and events held from August 1 to 3 are specially designed for families and children. Children including preschoolers of ages 4 and up are also welcome in the hall.
