Hiromi Omura did her singing studies in Tokyo, National University of Fine Arts and Music, furthermore in Italy and in France. Award winner of several international singing competitions, such as the 'Gianfranco Masini' competition in Reggio Emilia/Italy (Second price 99’), 'Concours de Paris' (Third price 2001’), the 'Concours de Marseille' (First price 2001’).
Starting to sing in Italy and France, she sings then 'Hero' in BEATRICE ET BENEDICT at the Opéra Comique in Paris, and her first 'Violetta' in LA TRAVIATA at the Teatro Bunka Kaikan in Tokyo in 2002. In 2003, she sings in ELIAS with the 'Orchestra National de France' conducted by Kurt Masur, and Mo.Masur reinvites her again for LE SONGE D'UNE NUIT D'ETE' a the Théatre des Champs-Elysées in Paris and at the Hong Kong Art Festival. Still in 2003, she is 'Contessa' in Mozart's LE NOZZE DI FIGARO in Japan in a production of the New National Theater conducted by Ulf Schirmer and staged by Andreas Homoki. In 2004, she sings her first 'MADAME BUTTERFLY' in France in a production of l’Opera de Lille , 'Micaela' in CARMEN at the NNT Tokyo, and in 2005 obtains a great success with MADAME BUTTERFLY in Japan, at the NNT Tokyo .Still in 2005, as well as MADAME BUTTERFLY in Metz. In 2006 she is soloist in the 'New Year Opera Concert' in Tokyo by NHK under Myun-Whun Chung, and in April she sings 'Nedda' in PAGLIACCI (by Mo.Fabio Luisi), in September obtains an incredible success with her first 'Elisabetta di Valois' in Verdi's DON CARLO in the NNT Tokyo which was broadcasted on TV by NHK. For 07’, she sings ‘Silvia’ (ZANETTO by Mascagni) in l’Opera National de Lorraine, further Micaela (Carmen) by Mo.Jacques Delacote at the NNT Tokyo. For 08’, she sings at the Deutsche Oper Berlin, Israel Opera, Montreal Opera in the role of MADAME BUTTERFLY.
